Where treatment is relevant to the intended use, the requirement should be stated in the enquiry. Treatment types, retention levels, service class expectations and suitability for the application should be confirmed with appropriately qualified specialists.
Moisture content, storage conditions, acclimatisation and handling can all affect timber on site. These considerations are raised where relevant, but site storage and protection remain the customer’s responsibility.
Where the project requires documentation, tell us which documents are needed. Documentation is issued by the originating manufacturer, mill or supplier under their own terms; CoreWood Solutions Ltd passes it through rather than authoring or certifying it.
Long lengths, heavy packs and bulky sheet materials all affect vehicle suitability, offloading and site access. Delivery arrangements are reviewed against those constraints before anything is booked.
